Tournament Funds Request

FKU has a fund set aside to ease the cost of tournament participation by students in financial need. Each request is considered on an individual basis. Students are expected to pay a portion of the total cost.

Please include the total cost of all divisions (e.g. kata, kumite, weapons, team divisions).
Please include any travel cost antipated.
Please include the total funds you are requesting. Students are expected to pay a portion of the cost.
